General Summary: San Tan Ford is looking for a new Automotive Window Tint Technician! The primary purpose of this position is to install window tint on vehicles. Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ASE certification
• Valid driver's license preferred

Essential Functions:

• Install window tint on a variety of vehicles (Cars, Trucks, SUV’s) using pre-cut and/or hand cut window film
• Ensure window film is installed correctly and free of blemishes and imperfections and inspect completed work for imperfections or quality issues and correct any quality issues prior to the completion of the job and delivering the vehicle to the customer
• Possess above average communication skills to ensures high quality service and repairs are provided to every customer, maintaining a professional demeanor even when dealing with difficult customers and situations
• Maintains all personal and company provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition
• Possess the ability to utilize a plotter correctly and efficiently to minimize waste
• Complies with all OSHA/NOSHA state and local laws regarding safety, hazardous materials, and environmental materials, and reports safety violations and/or unsafe conditions to management
• Maintains technical skills, including all Ford and other required training
• Keeping work area and environment around dealership clean
• Reporting any missing or damaged tools to management
• Prioritizing tasks to ensure all deadlines are met
