The successful applicant will:

• Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Schedule appointments and guide clients through the application process.

• Educate clients on various insurance options and offer personalized recommendations.
• Support clients in submitting applications for their selected policies and oversee the underwriting process.
• Review current insurance policies and suggest additional coverage as needed.
• Maintain all insurance documentation in a confidential manner.
• Regularly enhance job knowledge and stay updated on new products and services.
• Meet all policy obligations promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Life and health insurance license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred sales experience and prior knowledge in the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication abilities with a sincere commitment to helping clients.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a readiness to exceed expectations.
